Realizing that it is impossible to personally notify every citizen about sex or child-victim offender's presence in their community, this site will empower you to obtain information and take the appropriate precautions.

However, offenders may move and failed to notify the Shelby County Sheriff's Department as required by law. Due to the fact that this information is continually changing, the Shelby County Sheriff's Office makes no expressed or implied guarantee concerning the accuracy of this information.
